Former President Donald Trump has a positive record to rely on in Tuesday’s debate, while Vice President Kamala Harris does not, Rep. Ron Estes, R-Kan., told Newsmax on Monday.
“The economy was growing under President Trump, and it’s not going now,” Estes told “National Report.” “We’re seeing jobs canceled. You look at the border, and you see your talk earlier about crime and the border: Vice President Harris was supposed to fix that, and she didn’t.”
Estes, who represents Kansas’ 4th Congressional District also praised Trump for signing the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act into law, which helped get the economy going and produced wage growth.
