Alexis Nungaray, the Texas mother whose 12-year-old daughter Jocelyn was raped and killed, allegedly by two Venezuelan migrants, told the House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday that the Biden-Harris administration was “responsible” for her child’s death.
“Because of the Biden-Harris administration open border policies, catch and release, they were enrolled in the Alternatives to Detention program,” Nungaray said of the illegal immigrants accused of killing her child. “This meant that they were released into the United States.
“It was not even a full three weeks later that they would take my daughter Jocelyn Nungaray’s life,” she said, according to the New York Post.
