Former President Donald Trump is a “skilled debater,” but Vice President Kamala Harris is “tough as nails,” Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro said Friday ahead of the Sept. 10 presidential debate.
Trump, he told ABC’s “The View,” “is a skilled debater who is willing to say anything at any time just to get through a question, and he’s a showman. He’s been on TV before, so don’t underestimate Donald Trump.”
But Harris, the Democrat said, is “tough as nails.”
